Boot up computer question/ help

Hi,
When my desktop comes up. I notice that a windows installer is
running every time. How can I find out what it is?
I have Hi-jack this installed - but it shows nothing new.

HijackThis is a tool to find malware that requires a great deal of
expertise to use properly. I have no idea what your level of expertise
is and I'm not dissing your mad skilz. Just be careful with it.
