I just installed a new 200 gb Maxtor hard drive. The transition went
smoothly, and all of the files copied over to the new drive from my 20 gb
drive without a hitch . However, when I boot up the computer, I now get the
error message shown below. It has not affected the system, but I am curious
what the message means, and how I might get rid of it. All of the files
(and dates) are identical to those on the 20 gb drive.
"The application of DLL C:\WINNT\System32\HPBHealr.dll is not a valid
Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."
The file spoolsv.exe is located in the following folders: I386 (12/7/1999),
WINNT\System32 (7/11/2005), WINNT\Service Pack files\i386 (10/28/2006), and
WINNT\$NtUninstallkb896423$ (10/28/2006).
The file hpbhealr.dll is located in the following folders: WINNT\System32
(7/31/2001) and WINNT\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 (10/28/2006).
I don't know if any of the foregoing helps, but any help is appreciated!
