Boot Sequence

If you are attempting to change whether or not you boot from CD, FLOPPY,
IDE HDD's, and SCSI HDD's then you will need to change your boot order
option in BIOS. Typically, you get into BIOS as soon as your computer goes
through POST, most computers will say something along the lines of "To
enter setup press F2", or it may not be F2. The magic key to get into BIOS
could be F2, F1, Delete, or even F5. Usually the PC will tell you what
button to push as soon as you pass POST and it will be printed in one of
the 4 corners of the screen. You may have to press something like the TAB
key to clear any kind of manufacturer splash screen (whether or not you
have a splash screen depends on if the option is available and set in
BIOS). Check the documentation that came with your system or check your
manufacturers web site to find out what key you need to press to get into
BIOS and then check your resources to find out where and how in BIOS you
change your boot order.
