Boot Problem

Computer will not boot up. It was doing OK. Yesterday
morning I turned on and a message said there was a
problem, to boot the computer on safe mode, but it would
not boot up on safe mode or with any of the other options.
The next screen said windows loadup had been stopped to
prevent damage to the computer and gave the following
error message

"unmountable_boot_volume"

I have 4 computers on a wireless network but that has not
been a problem before. Only one computer is affected with
the problem. Can someone help?
