Boot problem!

I try to use my removable hard disk in my new computer,
but not able to boot, any idea?

What kind of removable HDD do you have? Caddy, USB, what?
If USB or firewire, is your BIOS set to boot from an external device?
Assuming the drive is partitioned, and has an OS installed, is the correct
partition active?

If those suggestions don't help, please post back with more details - you
haven't supplied enough for a delimitative answer this time.

Don't you just love it when people ask questions but give no information. I
no longer waste the time to ask them for more. What's the old saying - God
helps those who help themselves?

Sometimes I just feel altruistic. Also, i think that sometimes the posters
don't realise/know enough to know that more information might be needed to
answer their question, and need a little push to get them thinking.
