boot problem

when I turn on computer I get a screen that gives me choice to choice from:
boot normally
last good configuraction
etc..
no matter which option I choose I come back to the same screen
Is this something I need a restore cd from the manufacture to fix and how
can I get one. Anyone please help. Lost

Although you've told us the symptom, you haven't told us anything about your
computer so any troubleshooting suggestions would just be a guess.

Obviously Windows is damaged. How you go about diagnosing why it is damaged
and fixing it really depends on what caused the damage. Virus? Bad hard
drive? Some program you installed or hardware you attached that corrupted
Windows?

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't?

Another important question: is your data backed up onto external media?
