In case you missed it.

I wanted to rename, reorder, and change my boot options. While Bcdedit.exe
isn't impossibly hard to use, it's pretty archaic and time consuming.
EasyBCD beta is sweet. It's got a few added extras too... like fixing the
XP boot when your ready to delete Vista from a dual boot system.

Check it out.

Thanks again, Kerry, for pointing this out!

Is VistBoot PRO and Easy BCD the same software?

The reason I ask is that both work on my 64bit machine Vista on partition C:
Neither will work on the 32bit machine Vista on partition F:

Also they both give identical error messages on the 32bit computer.

VistaBoot Pro click on change Settings = Unhandled exception Value cannot be
null.
Easy BCD click Change Entries = Unhandled exception Value cannot be null.

VistaBoot PRO click Current Settings = Index and count must refer to a
location within the string
Easy BCD click View Settings = Index and count must refer to a location
within the string.

Most people are having success with both utilities.

The "group" now with NeoSmart (EasyPC) seceded from Pro-Network (VistaPro) -
As I have said previously - when something free becomes a hot item
"intellectual ownership" becomes a problem.
