Boot on lan - Blue screen

I built my image (~560 MB) and put it into a 990 MB sdi file. My system
is equiped with 2 GB RAM and it is diskless. After loading the the image
Windows crashes with a blue screen:
" STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Windows Logon Process
terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000268 (0x00000000
0x00000000). The system has been shut down."


What is that error?

Any help will be so appreciated.
