Out of the blue, the "boot.ini" has disappeared, and, at
the same time, the computer insists I have a password for
the administrator, and, one was never assigned.
The "default" "blank" was used.

I tried to fix the "boot.ini" by doing a repair
when "booting". Insists on a "password".

So, I am attempting to "repair a package using the
command line", but, do not know the name of the "Windows
Installer package file", or, the "GUID". Actually, I am
not familiar with the terms.

However, if the computer still insists on a "password", I
am still "up the creek without a paddle".
