I install dual boot at same volumn 'C:' drive
Only Windows 98 work prperly and
the W2k not working properly.

I want get rid of dual boot, remove W2k and only leave
windows 98.
How should I edit the boot.ini and do not let boot loader
show "Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" item

Here is my boot.ini file:
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft
Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
Windows 98

Thanks

Boot with a Win98 startup disk and issue the command "SYS C:". This will
replace the Win2000 boot sector with the correct one for Win98, and remove
the boot menu. Next, delete the files "boot.ini", "ntdetect.com", "ntldr"
and "ntbootdd.sys" (if it exists in C:\). You will also need to remove the
Winnt and Program Files folder on the Win2000 boot partition.

Best regards

Greetings --

Normally, assuming Win9x is installed to the C: drive, you'd just
have to boot from your Win98/Me startup diskette, type "SYS C:." Then
delete C:\NTLDR, C:\NTDETECT.COM, C:\BOOT.INI, C:\BOOTSEC.DOS, and
C:\PAGEFILE.SYS. Delete or reformat the Win2K directory/partition, as
applicable. Remove the startup diskette and reboot.
