Hi p.,
For W2K
Format 4 ea. Floppies on NT machine
Get 4 Good Floppies
Write 1/4, 2/4, etc. on them and Label all Boot Disks
Insert #1
Click My Computer
Right Click A:\
click Format (don't check Quick Format)
type in Volume label, "Boot Disk 1/4 (W2K)"(no quotes)
click Start
After it says complete (AND LIGHT GOES OUT)
eject
Do the other three accordingly
Go to
www.Bootdisk.com
Get files for set and load accordingly
(always wait until the light goes out)
When you have finished, you test them.
BTW, You can use a W98 Bootdisk to FDISK.
If you are going to Clean Install, I recomend you make one.
Still Format it with NT machine (it's FAT32, but differences)
Be sure to type Volume label "Bootdisk W98)
And for heaven sakes make a Label for it.

That's the simplest way
If you want to do the W98 in DOS
