Boot cdrom for ntfs

hey is there a bootable cdrom file i can download to boot up so i can
delete kernel protected file, and rename another. Not Dos boot it wont
work,sure you know this. But i need to download it cause i have no floppy
drive on my laptop..

Install and start the recovery console. Not clear what you're wanting to do.
