boot cd

How do you make boot cd to format drive like a floppy boot
disk.What files would be needed.I am running ntfs on
disk.Floppy disk drive seems to be broken.Have nero
express and cd mate both say they can make boot cd's.
To many problems to list would like to start with fresh
install.Bought xp and installed over win me to correct
many probems with it.Have virus progam updated to jan 27.
I have a legit disk of 98, me promo,xp upgr.Would i be to
appreciatedboot xp disk to format and reistall xp.Any help
be greatly
