Not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes. I have bookworm loaded on my pc and also bought a Bookworm disk some years ago, the issue I have, is, how do I load it on my ipad. I have checked web sites like popcap for d\l's, with no success. I have hooked my ipad up to my desktop, but not sure if I can transfer it to the ipad. Thanks Keith

I still play Bookworm occasionally, and like you, purchased it quite a few years ago.
On the PopCap website, there is an iPad version, called Bookworm Heroes for iPad. Maybe that would help?
Otherwise, I would be inclined to try loading the game onto an expansion card, (or whatever the iPad equivalent to an SDHC might be?)
