Books-read database?

I started reading a bunch of bestsellers over the Xmas holidays and
now I'm reading interesting books other than what I'd been used to in
last 10 years. I thought it would be a neat idea of putting down the
particulars in a db of "books read" that covered some of the pertinent
details of book - author, title, synopsis, etc., etc. Has anyone seen
a good freeware for this?

Thanks!

There are two that I have used that both work well-one called "table" and
another called "file amigo LE".

Any spreadsheet. Or DB creating program such as those in MS Works or
Office.

This looks like a nice program. I'm downloading it right now.

And the author has a nice-looking web page.

Thanks.

I've messed with it. It's okay, not very intuitive, though. But once you
get the hang of it, it isn't too bad.

Yeah, takes a while to get the hang of it, doesn't it? Sorry for the
bum steer! Could be useful though.

Not a bum steer, as far as I'm concerned. I'm always interested in apps
like this. Others may find it just what they're needing.

Thanks.
