Bookmarks in pdf

I can link to a pdf file using a hyperlink field but would rather link
to a bookmark within the pdf.

Is this possible? How?

I'm using Access 97 and relative paths.

AFAIK, there is no way to open a PDF file from a shell or other command at a
specific bookmark.
