Bookmark problem

Hi
I can't get this bookmark to work it triggers the page but doesn't move to
the bookmark the link is called "Marketing for good 2006"on the left pannel
and the bookmark is called MFG_06 and is on the conference page

I don't see the anchor tag <a name="MFG_06"> in the conference page's code.
Where on the page is it supposed to be? I assume at the "Marketing for Good
2006" heading, about one screen down? It's not there..

Its supposed to be just above the horizintal line above the
mfg_06/MFG_titledark.gif
Can I manually insert this tag?

If you open the conference page in front page it is on line 407
can you see why it wont trigger
