bookmark not working

I was working in our computer lab and the bookmark feature worked on all of
the computers but one. the regular hyperlinks work but not the bookmark. I
am not sure why this is not working on the one computer and we need to use
all of them.

Assuming they are all accessing the same web page the only common program is
the browser. Compared the "Internet Options" on the none working one to one
of the working ones.

The website is not even published. I am just putting it together in
Frontpage on my harddrive- not sure what there is in frontpage that would not
make the bookmark work on this ONE computer.
