Hi-Is there a way to edit the entry names that are automatically entered into
my bookmarks when I add a site?

Yes, when you add it a dialog box opens with the name. You can change it
there,or if it is already added just right click on it and select rename.

Hi-Sounds very simple but there is no rename option listed. xp pro. But
thanks for trying, alan

In Internet Explorer, click Favorites, then right-click a favorite and click
Rename.

Or, C:\Documents and Settings\username\Favorites. Right-click any favorite
and click rename.

Thanks Tech-I wasn't in IE

In the All Users start up folder, remove the duplicates and/or the ones you
don't wish to have started when you log in. If you only want certain
programs to start when you log in, add those to the startup folder for your
account.
