Bookmark a photo in a photo gallery

Hello,
I would like to be able to link something from a list to the photo it refers
to in a photo gallery on the same page - is this possible as obvioulsy I
cannot bookmark the photo name in design view in a photo gallery.

You would have to place the full size image in it's own page, and then link to the page.
