book- step by step frontpage 2003

the I'm attempting to teach myself this book, however for the past 5 hrs I
can't get past page 16 in the book , on my screen it shows 03 frontpage , I
click fig. 11 folderlist
and index.htm and the page that appears is homepage with no links around it
like the screen photo on page 16 please can someone help me?
 
Can't help you. I have a couple of the Step by Step series but I bought
FrontPage Inside Out and FontPage Unleashed. Both for 2002 because that's
what I owned at that time.
