Book Management Software (For Library)

I am looking for some solid Freeware for a small local library. The
main needs are 1) Managing book inventories 2) Managing borrowers.
If you know of any such software, links would be appreciated.

These are the *library* book management programs I know of - haven't
tried any . . .

Athenaeum Light:

Library Manager:
http://sawansoft.cjb.net

Openbiblio:
http://obiblio.sourceforge.net/

I believe Openbiblio requires a private web to run on a LAN (search ACF
archives for more info).
