Bolt Lies Seek.exe

Hi guys
I've noticed there is process that runs as "Bolt Lies Seek.exe" when I
restart my XP box.When I try to launch IE , it crashes saying there were
program errors at startup.When I kill the "Bolt Lies Seek.exe" and
relaunch IE , it then works.

Is this a virus?How do I get rid of it?I've googled but can't find anything.

No I haven't.I've noticed that IE crashes when I try to lauch it , as
long as that "Bolt Lies Seek.exe" seek is running.The moment I kill it ,
IE launches without a problem.

I understood that when you said it the first time. I am trying to suggest
ways to get rid of it ... since you asked this group. RUN those programs,
they may well fix your problem. Wasnt that the idea ...to fix the problem?
 
Yes , the idea is to fix the problem.Was just explaining the situation
