Bolding a portion of a text box

I have the following text box message in a letter (Report): ="Our records
indicate that " & UCase([business_name]) & " owes " &
Format([Fee_balance],"Currency") & " for License Fees." I want the
'Fee_balance' to be bolded without bolding the entire sentence.
 
Actually, Stephen also has a technique to combine bold and non-bold text in
a single line of a report at http://www.lebans.com/mixbold-plain.htm

I am trying to do a similiar thing in a report. I have downloaded and
installed the RTF2. I do not receive intaructions on what to do from here.
I have added the ActiveX control and I do see the box but I am unable to ad
text and make chnages to the format. Can anyone help? Thanks! Debbie B
