Body Text Not Printing

I have a user using OL2002 and when she prints her emails
the only thing that prints is the header at the top of
the page and the page number at the bottom of the page.
Not body text is printed.

I can't find any option that would address this issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

Fixed.

I deleted the profile and the home folder for the user.

Problem solved.
