Norton keeps telling me I have a bo:stack virus but it
can't seem to fix it.

The MS AntiSpyware tool doesn't detect it. Why?
Also, my IE6 always crashs when started and it restarts
itself correctly. I belive it's related to theis bo:stack
virus.

Because Microsoft AntiSpyware is not an antiVIRUS application.. Antivirus
work belongs to Norton AV.

Because there is no free support on Symantec site about the bo:stack virus,
please contact their support, as you are their product user..

Hi Rick

If we knew what it was then Im sure someone could help
you out , bo:stack isnt found in the symantec database or
trend micro's so do you have a filename or a folder thats
infected ?

Maybe double check the alert for the spelling incase its
slightly different, Once we know what the virus is it
will make it easier to reverse any damage thats been
caused and get things back to the way they should be.

Andy

Thanks!
