blurry pics

When I enlarge thumbnail pictures online they're always
blurry and not sharp at all.Is it the websites or is
there a setting I can use to improve the quiality? Its
all websites not just one.

Look into an updated graphics driver. Go to the manufacturer's web site and look
around.
 
when you enlarge pictures on your computer it WILL get
blurry and there is nothing you can do about it and this
has nothing to do with drivers it's the pixels (I wont go
into that as I wont be able to explain why this happens)

Are you using one of the "Higher Speed"
dial-up ISPs?

Lower quality/faster loading image files
is one of their tricks.
