I have a Microsoft wireless transceiver for Bluetooth
type X08-91974 (obtained from eBay) It is seen by and
communicates with the computer, but I seem to have bad or
missing drivers as it will not stay connected or link
with my Sony Ericsson synchronisation (or other SE
prgrams) Any suggestions?

Hi

Networking services (necessary for synchronisation) are currently not
supported by Microsoft's Bluetooth drivers.

An update for the drivers has been expected for sometime now... and I have
seen some reports that Service Pack 2 - due out later this year - includes
an overhaul of the Bluetooth drivers... but I can't confirm this.

Apart from buying a different Bluetooth adaptor... the only option is to
wait for the update.

Sorry I don't have better news.

.

Microsoft Bluetooth transciever includes only HID
(Keyboard & mouse) DUN (Dial Up networking) and HCRP
(Printer) profiles.
SP2 may or may not change this situation.

Do you have a MS Bluetooth Keyboard and/or mouse or only
the transciever?
