I have xp home editions.
I dont find in control panel the bluetooth connections.
i need to connect to a mobile phone Nokia

I believe some refer to these as a "Bluetooth Dongle". In that case, the
man/woman/child/whatever paid for assigning dumb names gets paid for two
instead of one.

Without it, your cellphone will have no connection with the computer, and
your computer will not be aware of your cellphone capability..

'Bluetooth' is a hardware function. If your computer doesn't have the
hardware, you can't use 'Bluetooth'. Only if you have 'Bluetooth' hardware
installed, and drivers for 'Bluetooth' installed will a 'Bluetooth' icon
appear in the 'Control Panel'.
