i got a pda which has bluetooth i got a laptop that hasnt got bluetooth, do
i need a pcmia or what ever it is, alone or do i need anything else so i can
get the pda access to the internet, im fed up with using the wired methed,
or should i go for the wi-fi option

Bluetooth should work here. You need the bluetooth adapter. Go with a
PCMCIA/Cardbus or USB whichever is cheaper or readily available. Install
the drivers, and if your PDA and software is not too brain dead it should
work. Telling the specific model of PDA will help, as they are all not
created equal.
