Whenever I have tried to connect a bluetooth device to my desktop with windows 10, it always is stuck on paired. No matter what, it will stay connected for like 5 seconds, and then decide to go back to "paired" and whenever I press on it and select "connect", it connects for 3 seconds and then goes back to "paired." I have no idea what to do at this point and would really appreciate some help with it.
Some of the things I have tried:
- Updating bluetooth drivers
- Uninstalling and reinstalling bluetooth drivers
- Resetting the bluetooth audio device
- Resetting the bluetooth support service in services.msc

Welcome to the forums :).

What bluetooth host do you have on your PC, is it a bluetooth dongle or integrated on to your motherboard?

Also, which bluetooth devices have you tried? Multiple types of device?

Sometimes I have had the exact problem but it is solved once I unpair the device and start all over again and do a fresh pairing and connection. In my case, it is the desktop with an Intel Bluetooth/wifi card and the device is a headphone.
