Bluetooth Mouse Prob

ok I just bought this mouse and I cannot get it ot start
the bluetooth services in other words after restrat afeter
instalation I get this message "Setup did not find a
Bluetooth pointing device . . I click search again and I
get the same error . . and so on PLEAZ help . .
