Bluetooth is not in control panel

I run serv pack 2, when i look in control panel there is no icon, when i look
in divice manager nothing there for blue tooth.
have looked on all help and cannot find a soultion as to how to get this on pc
any ideas
 
Do you have a Bluetooth transceiver in your PC? If not, then you won't see
any BT options in Windows.

Yes tried that link but it all relates to divice manager, and blue tooth is
not in divice manager
 
What kind of computer and BT card do you have? If Device Mgr is not showing
the card or an exclamation mark on any device, then that means your computer
is not seeing the BT card at all.
