Bluetooth install error

When trying to install my Bluetooth software (doesn't matter which one) I get
the an error message something like:

Invalid unit: X:\

Why? I have previously installed this software and now wants to install it
again. However, I don't know how to uninstall it (it is anycom usb bluetooth
adapter).
 
Have you checked the manufacturer's website for the latest software as well
as possible references to the issue you are having?
