Vista Business
Works six months no problem

Now, sometimes gives blue screen on startup. Shows
hsxhwazl.sys. Sr. Google says it is a Conexent file for
56k modem, which I do not use. How can I safely disable?
Can I just baptize it under new name?

Thank you,

Silvy

Go to Device Manager, right-click on the modem and choose "Disable".

I'm certainly not going to call your stupid but I don't understand what you
mean by "is this the same group".

He must have visited the ng six months ago or more and gotten smart-a*s
replies from the trolls that were here back then. You remember the ones.

Sometimes here it is not so much honest helpful answers
as personal. A weak joke.

We thank you.
