The Stop 0xC2 error message indicates that a kernel-mode process or driver
incorrectly attempted to perform a memory operation. This problem may occur
if the driver tries to free a pool (of memory) that was already freed -
called "double freeing." This error message is typically caused by a faulty
device driver or software. Troubleshooting the bluescreen without Microsoft
assistance may be somewhat difficult, since you need to use a logical
process of elimination. I recommend that you contact Microsoft Product
Support to assist with the troubleshooting. (800) 936-4900
