Hi everyone. For the past maybe 6 months my computer has been restarting for
no apparent reason. Some times is worst than others. Until today I had no
error message whatsoever. This time a blue screen appeared telling me that I
should run a hardware check, specially of the memory. I haven't made any
hardware changes for quite some time now. The problem might go without
happening for a month and then it's worst, happening even several times in
the same day. I checked both hard drives for errors. Reading on a newsgroup
someone was having a similar problem but it got resolved turning off a
feature in windows that restarts your computer when an error is encountered.
I'm using windows XP.

The problem is very annoying and I loose a lot of work time when it happens.
Please advise on what can I do. I'm looking for hardware scanners, can you
recommend any?.

Thanks for the help.
