Blue screen

Hi there. I'm getting a Fatal exception error which
causes the program to shut down and removes some of my
programs (like my firewall!) on the task bar. The message
says "Fatal exception has occured at 0028:C001539A.
Current application will be terminated".

Ususally I can find help on the self help page, but can't
seem to find anything for this one....

Is it always at the same offset address?
Is yes then it may be hardware, ram problems.

Select the type of error on this page for some clues.
