Hi Family of Five <g>,
What the exact wording of this Blue screen BSOD?.
Can you log into Safe Mode and perform System Restore by Tapping/Pressing
constantly F8 on Reboot/Start, when you get the Boot option select Safe Mode.
Any Hardware/Software Installed recently?.
