Blue Screen

Pls. help me! since i bought this sound card(Creative Audigy Value)everytime
i go to the internet this blue screen apears.i'm just using a modem.my bios
is updated my windows XP pro SP2 is updated.iwrote creative but they still
can't solve the problem.

What is the STOP code (begins with 0x000...) or the name of the error
(LOOKS_LIKE_THIS)?

Does the problem go away when you uninstall the software and physically
remove the sound card? If it does, you know where your problem lies.

yes,i put back my old creative sound card,i use my built-in sound card and my
computer is working SUPERB....
