hi,

I been seraching at google for blue screen problems, also in this
discussiongroup, found some simulair problems but no usefull tips to
fix it!

error:

***STOP 0x0000007B ( followed by an long annoying code )

http://www.juliuzzz.com/shot.jpg

Thiss creen started to appear just in windows for no reason, windows xp
was getting unstable, so I decided to format the harddisc, I thought
that would solve all the problems... But not that fast... I could not
format becouse my motherboard needed drivers for my SATA disc, so I put
in the drivers from the CD, and finally I could format... So I did, I
reinstalled win xp, and in the instalation proces after it restarts and
when I get just about to see the XP logo, I get the same error message!

I found on my search tour, that probaly the drivers from the
motherboard for my sata disc are ******ed up? Well ok good to know, how
do I fix this thing ? Please help, I've already put almost like 48 hrs
of work in it, but keep going in circles at start up... Should I format
again, and take out the motherboard battery for like 10 minutes? and
then put it back?

any help welcome!

thank you for your reply, I've also send an email to asrock, (
motherobard company )

got response, I was told that I should:

Please go to BIOS---àIDE Configuration and set "SATA Operation
Mode" to "Non-RAID", then install Win XP again.

Now, you don't have to insert the floppy to install the driver during
Win XP installation.

If the clue screen still comes up, please try to go to
BIOS----àChipset Configuration, and set "Flexibility Option" to
"Enable".

If it is possible, please also try other CPU, DRAM and power supply.

with that blue screen

Hi Ceasarr
in answer to your problem, blue screen anoyances usualy ocure after update's
have been installed. Check your manual on how to update your BIOS! this
normaly helps.
The other thing you can do is start your PC in safe boot, re-start your PC
press F8 go into BIOS options and go from there.
