I thank you if anybody out there have knowledge what cause loosing the
browser ending in the desktop. here is my situation;
Our patrons while searching the net will loose everything and ending having
the desktop we decided to identify this problem as "Blue Screen" since they
are prohibit to use any item from the desktop. We are running IE 6 SP2 under
Windows 2k and Windows XP.

I will appreciate if somebody have a clue what is happening here.

I think of crashes to Desktop as "Green Screen"
and crashes to BSOD as "Blue Screen". <w>

If that is happening it likely is not your browser which is crashing
but explorer.exe. E.g. use Task Manager (Processes tab)
to confirm that you no longer have an explorer.exe running.
(E.g. press Ctrl-Alt-Delete) You can restart explorer.exe
using Task Manager too. (E.g. press Alt-F,N etc.)

Look for possible entries in the Application log of the Event Viewer.
(E.g. Run... eventvwr.exe)
