Blue screen

I have looked for answers to no avail. Please help.
When starting my PC running Windows XP, a blue screen with
a Fatal error occurs. The following are the codes present:
c000021a , 0xc0000034 , (0x00000000 0x00000000)

How do I go about repairing this?

looks like your hardware is a bit choppy...
have you OC'd ur machine ?
if yes, then lower it back to normal...
propably get a cooler air into your case...
if the downclocking doesn't help, send your PC to the
quarantee repair...

Thanks for the response. I am a rookie however. What is
OC? Do I just need to make sure the tower gets more air
than where it currently is? Can I still start it in "Safe
Mode" or some other manner?
