Blue Screen??

My wallpaper is a blue screen and has writing in it that
says "Security Warning, A fatal error in IE has occured
at 0028:c0011e36 in VXD....." It also says to run a anti-
virus/spyware remover to fix. I have run these over and
over and can't get rid of the blue screen or change my
wall paper. Can someone please help?

Try running them in safe mode.
