Blue screen

I keep getting a blue screen with the error irql_not_less_or_equa
Stop: 0x0000000a (0x00000000, 0x0000000z, 0x804fb013) i get this all the time, all updates have been done, all drivers updated. Service pack installed, no matter what i do i cant seem to get rid of this blue screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated
