Hi Bp,

Insufficient information. When does it happen? Is there a module involved?
How often does it occur or is it a single event? Does it always occur under
similar circumstances? Can you make it crash by running certain programs? Is
the machine new or old? Did it recently start or has it been doing this for
some length of time?

I'm having the same problem, Microsoft tells me to "Download updates for
Intel Turbo Memory Driver (iaStor.sys)", it says the problem is caused by the
driver
to download the new driver, here's the link it gave:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2813&lang=eng

Also, for 2 times today, the problem occurs then i click the "System
Information" in the "Help and Support" page from Start menu, but the problem
happened once before too, and i dont think it was from the same cercumstance

I'm just going to insteall the new driver and see if it solves the problem

actually, my problem might be a little different than yours.... few differences

and the driver thing didn't work...comp still crushed when loading "System
Information", but it lasted a bit longer this time..... > <

Please don't tack your issue onto someone else's post. It makes it very
difficult to help either party. I've already responded to your separate
post about this issue.
