any help with this is very welcome,,,,,,
reply today save a laptops life.

Just a rough thought about this. World of Warcraft requires about 500 mbs of
Ram, and Vista Home Premium needs 1000mbs. Do you have one and a half gig of
Ram?
Mick

dude i never thought of that. thanks ill go get anouther gig see if that
works if not ill be back ,,,thanks

Lack of RAM will not cause a bluescreen. A bluescreen means the kernel has
experienced a fault of some type. Nvidia video drivers have been know to
cause a STOP with a BCCode of 116, so I would see about updating them first.

Hi Eva,

A stop error code, or BCCode, generally just indicates the type of error and
is not specific enough to pinpoint the cause. A listed module or examination
of the dump file that is created will generally be a better indicator of the
actual problem.
