Predominantly on Windows starting the message explains that
Windows has not started because of an error possibly in
NTFS.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA
The error code is as follows
***STOP 0X00000050(0XA154A42B4, 0X00000000,0X80608A52,
0X00000000)
In the MiniDump Log File there is the message
C:\DOCUME``1\MICHAE``1\LOCALS``1\Temp\WER2.tmp.dir00\
sysdata.xml
As this is a temp file I considered that deleting it might
solve the problem. However Search can't locate it and
neither can I. Unable to use Windows Restore as closed it
down to get rid of Blaster.exe virus some time ago.
Would appreciate some help with this. If possible could
you explain the fix in simple step by step terms as not
entirely proficient with computers yet.

Hi Jeff,

Could be bad ram. If you want to check the memory, there is a free program
here:
http://www.simmtester.com/page/products/doc/download.asp

But keep in kind that a thorough test can only be done with test equipment
at a computer shop.

Could also be a bad or non-compliant device driver or program you recently
installed. Did you install or update anything shortly before this started?
