blue screen problems

hello,
my computer has been crashing lately because i keep
getting this blue screen error that says
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and then it gives some
addresses. the file it mentions is the NDIS.sys file that
is found in the C:\WINNT\system32\drivers directory.
anyhelp would be greatly appreciated!!

do you have any idea why it mentions the NDIS.sys file. i
looked up some stuff up on the net and it sounded like it
might have something to do with the drivers so i installed
some different last night and restarted the comp. i guess
ill know in a few days if that fixed it..
