Blue Screen on Boot up

During bootup on the splash screen, the blue squares progress to approx 2/3
of the way and then a full blue screen with the message " if this is the
first time . . . non-paged memory accessed " (Not sure of exact wording but
memory addresses given and no programs listed)

This goes into the blue screen 3-5 times then boots up normally.

Would appreciate some guidance on why this happens and how I can remedy it,
I know that it will probably go from 3-5 times before booting to 30-50 times
before booting.

TIA
